Celebration Package  Celebrate your special occasion with a romantic getaway at Chateau Chantal. Chilled Celebrate! champagne, two champagne flutes to take home, $50 certificate for dinner at the Old Mission Tavern and Bella Galleria Art Gallery, fresh flowers, and a special gourmet chocolate assortment await your stay. Package Price: $100 in addition to your room rate. This package is also available without the $50.00 dinner certificate to the Old Mission Tavern. The cost of that Celebration package is $50.00 in addition to your room rate.

Films and Fondue is for those wanting an evening in the B&B for the night. Chateau Chantal will provide the DVD player and a choice of a movie while eating chocolate fondue with fresh fruit and sipping on Cerise in your CC wine glasses! Starting at $40

The “Unwind” is for those tired of the stress from the “real world” and simply need to unwind. This package consists of 2 sixty minute massages from Living Light Massage and Wellness, 2 embroidered CC robes, two CC glasses and a bottle of Late Harvest Riesling to enjoy while staying at the B&B and at home! Starting at $280 (Depending on choice of massage)

Women's Wine Weekend

Refresh your friendships, renew your soul, relax in style! Gather your lady friends for a special weekend at Chateau Chantal. Spend some time away from daily life and enjoy the special schedule for the weekend. Cooking Classes run from January 2009- April 2009

A grand hit with all guests! Chef Nancy Allen creates a wonderfully entertaining and educational afternoon of hands-on preparation. After your "work" is complete, enjoy the fruits of your labor with your fellow classmates over dinner. Nowhere will you find a more enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and realistic cooking teacher than Nancy. All cooking classes are approximately five hours and no longer require a weekend stay at our 11 unit B&B. Bring an apron and a favorite knife. Cooking class prices are $125 per person. Stay in the B&B and your rate is only $110 per person. We would be happy to figure out package prices based per person including two nights accommodation, full breakfast each morning, cooking class and learning materials. Golf Packages

Golf Packages are available for guests who want to experience the premier courses and the illustrious scenery offered in the Grand Traverse Region. Included in the package is a one night stay, 18 holes for two with a cart. Pricing on the packages begins around $250. These packages are based on the time of the season. Spring

A Traverse City spring is best experienced “up close and personal”. Some of the special events during this season include the Blessing of the Blossoms where you can partake in wine barrel tasting at the wineries of the Old Mission Peninsula and special dining menus at local restaurants. Visit the Farmers Market or join in the festivities of the Asparagus Festival in Empire.

If you would prefer, take a walk along the many miles of beaches and woods, visit the lighthouses at Mission Point and Frankfort or get your summer golf swing in shape by playing one of the many outstanding golf courses in the area.

March Madness!

Picture this... hot, fresh breakfast every morning- that you don't have to prepare! Sip on a glass of red wine at your leisure one day and glass of white wine the next! Breathtaking views of the water-out of every window! Close enough to civilization if you wanted to have a night on the town and far enough from the world if you seek seclusion from reality. Summer

Whether you enjoy lazy days in the sun or busy days spent doing everything that you can pack in, you’ll be glad that you decided to spend it at Chateau Chantal in Traverse City.

You will love the spectacular sunrises and the numerous activities that await you during this special season. Sail the bay on a tall ship or play 18 holes of championship golf. Explore the dunes or charter a fishing excursion, no matter what your preferences you will find it here and when your adventures of the day are over dine in one of the many unique eateries downtown or along the coast. Don’t forget to visit one of the areas casinos and finish your day with a relaxing stroll along the beach.

Autumn

This is a contemplative season that encourages visitors to take their time while savoring the magnificent colors, the crisp air and the lingering warmth of the sun. From mid-September to mid-October, the colors of fall explode across northern Michigan’s landscape, lakes shimmer a deep blue, the grapes hang fat and tantalizing from ripening vines and the air is fragrant with ripening apples.

Enjoy the Mac and Cheese cookoff held on the Saturday after Thanksgiving at the four Old Mission Peninsula wineries, where guest restaurants provide gourmet versions of mac and cheese and participants can sample the many wonderful wines of the area. While you’re in the area don’t forget to savor that childhood memory of cider and donuts in the crisp air at Amon Orchards just north of Acme on US 31.

Winter

Often passed by in favor of warmer climates, wintertime visits to Northern Michigan offer a special warmth of their own. Recreate the cozy feeling of school time snow days with a secluded and private getaway to the B&B at Chateau Chantal during the snowy months. Feast on fondues, drink mulled cherry wine, learn the art of wine tasting, experience the tranquility found in the winter around the vineyard.

Nowhere in the Midwest is there a more alluring winter playground than the Grand Traverse Bay Region. The snowy pleasures present themselves in abundance and variety. The area provides easy access to downhill and cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, ice-skating, and snowshoeing.

You will find easy downhill slopes, daunting steeps, groomed cross-country and snowshoeing trails and you can even enjoy taking that special someone for a romantic and scenic horse drawn sleigh ride.

Chateau Chantal guests can get $5 off of a lift ticket at two spectacular slopes. Guests that wish to ski at the Homestead Resort can get $5 off of a lift ticket when staying at Chateau Chantal. Skiers that stay in the Old World Inn can receive $5 off of a 9-9 downhill lift ticket or save $2 on an All-Day Cross-Country trail pass at Crystal Mountain.
