Bed & Breakfast Policies

Fridays & Saturdays are booked together year-round. These weekend nights cannot be split.

All reservations require at least a 50%  deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to your check-in date. All retail items and packages will be charged at the time of booking. All changes or cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any change of payment method or gift card must be called in prior to the 14 day policy of charges. Any changed reservation will incur a $10.00 change fee. Any change of payment done after the final billing will incur a 2% fee per transaction. For cancellations that are made in accordance with our 14-day policy there is a $25.00 cancelation fee. Changes or cancellations made within the 14-day window will incur a minimum charge equal to the value of one night’s stay.

Guests interested staying at our B&B during major holidays, i.e. Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and eves of holidays, should be advised that during these stays the kitchen is closed and housekeeping is not available.

Check-in time is from 3pm-5pm, please phone if later. Check-out is by 11am.

The Chateau’s interior is smoke-free. Sorry, no pets.
